Copper hasn't had the best life & was roughly treated by his prior owner. As such he has developed a very low tolerance for people he doesn't know. Children are a NO for this dog. NO kids in the home... NO kids visiting the home. NO KIDS period. When he was in the shelter he was only able to be handled by 1 person everyone else he hid from & growled at. Since he has been in rescue he has bonded very well with his foster mom & dad & loves to lay on the couch with them. He gets along well with the other dogs & cats in the home. Copper LOVES toys of all kinds & will happily play fetch as long as you will throw them for him.

Copper is UTD on all shots, neutered, microchipped & 4dx-. He is not completely housetrained & does wear a belly band (to stop inappropriate peeing). He walks great on a leash & doesn't mind his foster carrying him around. He is slow to warm up to new people & will REQUIRE further training to become the good dog that he really is.
