My name is Gruff & I am 3 years old. My humans dropped me off at the local shelter when they didn't want me anymore. I did NOT show well in the shelter & displayed some barrier aggression & made myself sound like I was 100 pounds & bullet proof. I also greeted everyone who met me with barks & growls so they all thought I was mean. I'm not though. I was just very scared. When foster mom got me out of the shelter & took me to her home my attitude did a complete change! I am still scared when I first meet someone new & might growl so it takes a little time to win my trust but once you are my friend we are friends for life! I love to snuggle under blankets & I play well with my foster brothers & sister (cats & dogs). I like to ride in the car too.
I am pee pad trained/house trained & I walk well on a leash. I do NOT do well with children & will require a child free home for this reason! I am neutered, up-to-date on vaccinations.
